Stripped or complete/ with attached buttstock

In Response To: I ordered a couple of PSA AR-10 recvrs.Does PSA ship the rcvrs as undesignated (Chicken Noodle)

With guidance from industry operations in Louisville was told if it had an attached buttstock it had to go has rifle. Stripped or with with parts installed but no buttstock it goes as other firearm receiver as others have said.
