In an office setting where concealment is key, you're basically stuck with a level 2 vest. Jimmy Chonga's point about the Liberty 50gr (and many others) will poke right through. Granted, some protection is better than none.

If office wear is the goal, Point Blank makes a great Level 2 vest called the Compression Carrier -- feels almost like regular clothing. They require you to be LE to purchase, but if you ask around to enough resellers, someone will fix you up.
