The guy had a BR rifle that maybe Sinclair International built for him with a 2oz trigger, he was messing around trying rounds in the gun with the muzzle pointed at a 8 lb can of H322.

He fired a round into the container which I call a ND and the result was it blew the door off his reloading room with him in it and burned him pretty badly. he survived to sue.

But agreed no way normal reloading activities caused that amount of damage IMHO.
