They were ordered to turn it over, backed it up and stored it themselves before handing over the machines that had been "wiped with a cloth" as Hillary would say. They are trying to make the claim they backed it up to prevent being charged with the illegal act of actually deleting it. France fixed the problem, they went to paper ballots to avoid fraud. They did it in 1970's. They do not allow mail in voting either, too much chance for fraud. We are a bit behind, by design.
