What was the big text message from the hospital CEO today?

Well Pennsylvania state legislators approved $225 million dollars from their rescue plan yesterday, and now the hospital is going to get $1.2 million as a direct payment to recruit and retain healthcare workers!

They can not wait to get the money. Mind you they are paying out 2-3x the rate for visiting nurses and doctors and ticked off their usual employees to the point no one locally wants to work for them…

BUT NEVER FEAR!

The taxpayer is always here to write checks for our incompetence and bad decision making.

That is what you are seeing on the “business side” of you parking lot experience.
