There’s no reason you can’t do the efile, yet I’ve not seen a way to do this. Another good question is whether you can use the kiosk for an efile on a form 1. The benefit being you wouldn’t have to send in prints if you have electronic prints on file with silencershop. I guess the only way to know for sure is to call the guys at silencer shop.
